World Usability Day - an international usability awareness day

Happy World Usability Day! World Usability Day (or WUD for short) is held annually on the second Thursday of November (so this year it is 12th of November) to promote better usability. WUD was originally initiated by Usability Professionals' Association (a professional association for people interested in usability) in 2005, but it has since grown and attracted interest from all over the world. In 2008 there were events in 43 countries with over 50.000 participants and volunteers, and even more unofficial usability related events and meetings at that day. If there is no official WUD events nearby, today is good day to have a nice discussion (whether it be with other like-minded usability advocates or hard-core developers) about usability and its importance. It is World Usability Day today - think about usability!
